Hi thank you for your suggestion. Now it works, but I think it's not working as expected. It doesn't summarize but it just cuts off instead. When I type ex: 20% for jumlah relatif, it only shows 20% of the text from the begining word.

I changed nothing but now permission denied for lenght.pl. When I executed with no root in terminal, it worked running length.pl. I've tried create test.php inside var/www/html to read and write to .txt file but with no problem.

I've set its permission to read and write. I've set that all /var/www/html to read and write but no result
