Telling Kee that you don't want to save a password for a specific site will record that information in the settings that are specific for that website so you can easily undo that action by changing the "Offer to save passwords" setting for that web page. I'm looking at using the new GetMenuItem method API for KeePass 2.41+ I want this to work in a plgx file that can load in older KeePass versions (at least back to 2.34 but I suspect the exact version isn't relevent). Ideas so far include: 1) Defining the override method using Reflection, after establishing that the method exists on the Plugin base class. 2) Using a #if conditional compilation flag so that the method is only included (and existing fallback code is not) if the plgx is being compiled...

You can still use Kee with KeePass for free. Kee Vault is a separate option which you can choose to subscribe to or not. Development now happens on GitHub but regardless, I've not done any work on it for years because I've had no need to and there's been no clear indication of widespread problems with the current version. I'm not familiar with errors creating secure channels but it certainly sounds plausible that the code and/or .NET version the current version of the plugin utilises will hit problems as TLS standards have been improving in recent years so if you can help out with a PR on GitHub that would be appreciated....
