I had the same problem on my computer that has a high-res display. You need to override the High DPI scaling setting for Launchy.exe. It's under the Compatibility tab of the Launchy.exe file properties window, then check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" box and set the dropdown to "System". That fixed it for me after I restarted Launchy with the new setting.
