I have implemented the disabling of std::cerr for testing output. got rid of the now redundant gutils directory, and completed some further tidying up.

Forget to include deletes in staged commit.

I have moved the NameSpecifierList code into the "general" directory and changed the name to NameKeyList.

I have started the rewrite of the SignalData module as a C++ class with the supporting code.

Completed NameSpecifierList implementation

Some minor name changes and additions

I have replaced the NameSpecifier class with the std::pair utility.

Removed compiled binary.
