I don't know whether this is a feature completely absent from the program or whether it's just a UX problem but I can't seem to be able to delete any nodes. I select them with the mouse and hit the delete key and nothing happens. I've also tried to delete nodes from the UI menus but the option is always grayed out, even though the node(s) in question are highlighted. Your program looks useful and capable in other respects but there seem to be serious omissions that detract from its usability.
