    We have this same issue. We've been able to customize everything else we need to. The result is an EXE that is, for all intents and purposes, our installer. The actual mechanic is that 7-zip extracts files to a temp folder and then launches the actual installer out of those files. But, when you double-click our installer, the UAC dialog doesn't ask the user if they want our company's installer to make changes. It asks if the user wants to permit "7z Setup SFX" to make changes. It is a cosmetic issue...
