hi, I didnt but i had the same issue. what i do now is, when the computer is booting up I press F9 to get into the boot menu, then select "boot from EFI file". then "NO volume label...." then EFI, then " Vera crypt" and finally "dcsboot.efi" it will then load the screen where yoi can enter ur pass. goodluck

bump Still having the same issue, tried following the tutorial : https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/technical/thread/f403d1d8/ which discusses the issue on HP devices which I am using but when I get to this command: ren o:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi bootmgfw_ms.efi It can't find the specified path, I've tried looking but to no avail. Please if anyone could help would really appreicate it
UPDATE: I have got back into the system using the rescue disk... worked rebooted again and same issue. I have got access again using the rescue disk but any clues what do to from here?
Hello, I have done a system encryption with vera crypt and everything was working fine but then after installing some software and rebooting its been stuck into the Automatic Repair cycle not giving me access to type my password in? Any help would be appreicated

Thanks Kurt, So I create the 500 GB partition on the Desktop, If I am now going to encrypt the system partition C: will this cause any issues as I already have an encrypted volume on that partition?
