Hi, I'm not the maintainer of this project, but maybe I got a hint for you. I'm personally more comfortable with Icecast, but I guess Shoutcast does not support multiple moint points, as long as you do not use the protocol version 2. Therefore, might it be that the AutoDJ is blocking the channel? Try to disconnect the AutoDJ - are you able to stream then? If you need to use Shoutcast - really, if you can, move to Icecast - take a look at the shoutcast transcoder. Regards Daniel

Hi Pander, I know this is an old post but maybe you're still facing this problem. Compiling butt usually works fine. I've changed the source code of butt and recompiled it a couple of times, running on Linux Mint which is basically Ubuntu. Please provide the error messages, I guess there is just a library missing.
