Selecting 0 (ASCII) or 1 (binary) in # FORMATS section in the <casename> .inp files will result in an error. Only 2 (HDF) is running normally. So the output files( <casename>plag sola <region> <stamp>) is not generated. 2) and there is no post-processing tool such as plagpost, peulpost, etc. after my installing of the software.
