I ended up switching to just having Windows 11 do this natively. It's really very equivalent functionality to VirtuaWin, only that when you call up an application in another desktop it yanks you to that desktop, instead of puling it around intelligently. But that's a tradeoff I had to make with VirtuaWin broken on Windows.

https://i.imgur.com/TgjfDuE.png Paul, I think I figured that out. Had never used macros before. Does this mean that pressing Ctrl R on my desktop will bring the Excel window back if it disappears?

The above window rules do not work for me. VirtuaWin (v4.5 beta2) completely loses Excel for me when I switch desktops. The only way I can get Excel back is to manually end the task and relaunch it. This is what I have:
