I had this issue to pen a jar on Windows 10. I solved it by changin "open it with" from "7zip GUI.exe" to "7Zip FM.exe"

Hi! The search feature isn't working well for some language (eg. french) since we could write the word with or without accent (it's faster). Accent insensitive collation considers the accented and unaccented versions of letters to be identical for sorting purposes. ... ...which means that comparing 'a' to 'á' in an Accent insensitive collation treats the accented and unaccented versions of letters to be identical.

But where the ditto.settings file is? It's not in program file, or roaming.

I struggled to find it, so here is the answer if you want to sort by title (or any column): open the program-conf.txtfile. Set InitialSorting to the number of the column you want. So if you want to sort by title (which is the first column) it'll be: InitialSorting = 1

This solved my problem with google doc comments (pasting them from ditto did not work, until I added more supported type ( bunch of it: no idea wich one was needed though) If you have a problem with google doc, or from any other source, copy what you need to copy, then open ditto option >> supported type >> click the add button >> click on "current clipboard type", you'll see the list of clipboard recognized by ditto from your copy. If you add all of them (or the good one) it'll work

Thanks for your work Nam-Quang! Solved : I installed the 1.1.22 portable version you are talking about, and set "CheckSingleInstance" to false and it works (It's not a problem, but it migh help some user that it did not work on the non-portable DocFetcher 1.1.22. It's confusing, especially because it's not mentioned that it's not portable) In this version there is no "CheckSingleInstance" but "AllowOnlyOneInstance". ● When "AllowOnlyOneInstance = false" I get the anoying ok-cancel popup at startup....

I also get the same issue when I automatically close docfetcher using a cmd scrpit that close it (and countless other apps) to free the CPU during the night: taskkill /f /im DocFetcher.exe taskkill /f /im docfetcher-daemon-windows.exe taskkill /f /im javaw.exe When I reopen it (it start by default after rebooting), I get this error: It seems an instance of DocFetcher was not terminated cleanly or is still running. Do you want to launch another instance?

By mistake, I have assigned the same keyboard shorcut to 2 different entries. Ditto didn't warn me about that. When I used the shorcut, the entry pasted was sometimes one sometimes the others. When I restarted Ditto, only shorctcut of the first entry was removed. That would be nice if Ditto checks if the shorcut is already assigned to another entry.

When I search for something like /[mh]otel/, the search retrieve the correct files containing hotel or motel, but I don't have any highlight in the preview pane (though I see the words in the preview pane if I search for it). Same thing with range query like [alpha TO gamma] The hightlight works fine if I use regular search or even I use query syntax (* or ?). I don't know if it's matter but I search only in .docx Thanks for your help!

I apologize for the delay of response (for some reason I did not get the alert). Yes I can now run through a cmd shortcut which is awesome. ps: I just noticed it's not open source (I thought sourceforge was only about open source), so I can't install it on my main computer. You should maybe consider providing the source, your app would be much more popular if it was on github. Anyway, thanks a lot!

I don't know, I only need to run a script that will launch a sound (whitenoise) and then Sleep# with the arguments "sleep in 1h" + "5mn fade". I guess the easiest for you will be the best (I can kill Sleep# before, or launching it before running the commande line parameters).

I'm sleeping with some sound (white noise), I can't use a simple timer since stopping abrutly the sound wakes me up. It would be awesome if you could add a feature to decrease the sound before putting it to sleep. A possibility to fix a delay from which the volume will decrease proportionaly would be super. (or more simple, just a single option decreasing the volume during 5 mn from the current volume level to zero before it would go to sleep would make a perfect smooth transition) In any case, I...

correction (I can't edit my own ticket...) It might be because notepad++ works with tab for saving (unlike notepad which work on a single instance.)

just a feedback: Using select ooData from Data where strClipboardFormat = 'Rich Text Format' I failed to read these data, they are stored in a BLOB field, they only appear in Binary (in DB brownser for sqlite).

Using DB brownser for sqlite I did find the title (or heading) of the entry (in the "mText" field of "Main"). But I can't find the data the are link to. Could you please tell me where they are stored? (I need to batch process stuff in the HTML code in hundred of them) Thanks!

We can currently edit an entry but the title will remain the same (the title won't update according to the new entry). So if we want to have a title that reflect the entry we need to manually change the title of the entry. It would be great if the title could be automatically updated to reflect what the entry contains. (And thanks for this awesome app!)

Awesome app, thanks a lot! Just a feedback: + the buttons ok to confirm is very annoying (I needed to confirm hundred times, edit because I did not run it as admin). + I lost the log when running a second time (previous log is overwritten. Creating a new log or appending the log would be a better option)
