    Hello, I performed spectroscopy force measurements with AFM, my files are in .tiff format. I tried to open it following the manual but the program opens just the picture and on the menu "Spectra" on "data browser" I don't have any spectroscopy spectra that appears. Does someone know the reason? I am running Gwyddion 2.51 on windows. Thank you very much for your help in adavce, Best regards, Lidia
