Hello, Thank you very much. This worked actually. The dialog popped and I chose Unnbayes file with PROWL2. I am following the Patient Diagnosis tutorial. I created the MFRAGs, renamed MTheory and tried to save the net as indicated in the tuorial. I clicked and a dialog popped saying: "This module cannot handle this file format". I will attach the log file again.

Hello, Yes I have 1.8.0_131 version. I made sure to remove the other versions, and I checked the java version again. I re-generated the log file, please find it attached. Best regards.

Hello, I am having issue to work with MEBN and PR-OWL. I have followed the instructions: https://sourceforge.net/p/unbbayes/wiki/Installation%20Instruction%20of%20UnBBayes-MEBN%20plug-in%20and%20links%20to%20tutorials/ , but when I try to load the ontology the dialog box does not show up so I can choose Unbbayes with PR-OWL2, so it throws error that I can not load ne net. In my plugins folder I have: unbbayes.core unbbayes.gui.mebn.ontology.protege-1.2.7 unbbayes.io.DneIO unbbayes.io.mebn.UbfIO unbbayes.io.mebn.UbfIO2...
