Ok but in older releases was fine have you changed in the latest release? Which plugging do you suggest for config key management. I saw safe exam access rules plug-in but it have only browser key. i ve done on a new mac. i open safe exam, i open preferences and open config settings, on mac no password request, on windows the password is required. i attach the seb file here. on mac the software is fresh.

if i open a config file on windows it require to input the admin password in order to open the file. If i do the same thing on mac it is ignored, the file is opened without the admin password input. if i save the file as crypted, safe exam require the password to open the settings file and also the admin password to edit the settings. It's a critical problem.
