Hi, you are partially right because that's exactly what I thought but in my case the user, the database and the password are on and the same, which means I only copy and paste them, how do you explain that I'm still getting the same result? Furthermore I went and double check the installation steps so right now I'm no longer getting any error when I click on any of the link but the setup was still incomplete due to the ERROR: Cannot access Database with the infos you provided.

Hi, I was surprised to see that there is not even one post about this specific issue since it happened to me every time that I'm installing the software. First i place all the files to my web directory then right after i placed all my credentials I always get this error ERROR: Cannot access Database with the info you provided. Access denied for user 'Name_of_My_Database '@'185.111.03.88' (using password: YES) (THAT HAPPENED 5 TIMES) so the next thing that I've went to modify this file " www.mywebsite.com/system/application/config/database.php...
