Hi All, Let me ask you where is the install guide in the package. Or is it mandatory to compile it at your PC locally? It would be nice to have the possibility to install & refresh by "apt-get" package manager. Also it would be nice to use command line version for example in Midnight commander as a 7zip shell application. I guess an "fm" directory completely missing from the guide. Manual/fm/index.htm Please see the picture attached.

Hi Igor, I regenerated the ITSH.tar.7z parts and raw_orig.tar.7z parts and re-run the process from this point while wrote down the steps and made screen-shots. Please find attached. I would like to know your opinion. My guess is that the TAR part of the complete process is not correct. BR, Laci.

Hi Igor, Let me ask you how to create activity log file with 7z app, Only in command line? I would be nice to have a log file generated by 7z app contains all relevant information. Otherwise what are the required and relevant information to record? Thanks

Hi Igor, Original corrupted file: bad.tar.7z contains 52 different files / directories before 7zp-ped. (according to 7zip "Open inside" command screen) All TAR parts contain an offset what I can see at 7zip "Open insi2de" screen. The original file first was TAR-red, then 7zip-ped. Start header is OK, but end header is missing.The size of corrupted file ~ 73 GB, the original file was bigger, ~80 GB according to the start header contained numbers. (file size, offset + 0x20) 7zip "Open iside" screen...

Hi Igor, If the original corrupted file 1rst TAR-red later compressed with 7z bad.tar.7z then the raw file also should be raw.tar.7z before splitting?
