Hi, i've tried using your phpformgen i've followed all your instruction to install the package. i've used Wamp and PhpMyAdmin to create database. Also edited config.inc.php with related database credentials but i'm getting error when trying to create a form. The error is "Program Malfunction, Please Start Over" i've attacahed screen shots too. please look it it. It would be beautiful if it works as per your video. thanks and regards, DK

While i try to use new PHPformgen Demo 3.0 beta i receive following error : "Program malfunction, please start over. Query string: form_id=" somone please help to solve this error. Regards.
