I use it, excellent option. Used to use MultiSystem but it became more of a problem than a solution, and I found Ventoy which has worked out VERY well. The big thing is that I can now see the spectrum of the DMR signal and null out the carrier when I am setting up TX. That is the real important thing to me right now., On Mon, Jul 4, 2022 at 2:41 PM Chuck Hast kp4djt@gmail.com wrote: Yes but it is not too clear. Yes but it is not too clear. I was going to dig into it and see what else I could find prior to saying more, then got hit with a big batch of work and on top of that the HVAC in the house failed. I am in the process of installing a new mini-split, got one side up powered it up all the elec- tronics work the fans blow the compressor runs but my low side pressure is WAY too low. Have to wait until tomorrow to get some R-410a to give it a few squirts. On Sun, Jul 3, 2022 at 9:06 PM Cemaxecuter cemaxecuter@users.sourceforge.net...
Folks, I have SDRangel running, I am receiving the signal I am trying to decode. I have opened up the DSD Demodulator, I believe I have set things as they should be but I obtain no decoding. I have watched several videos that show the DSD being setup and it appears that it starts decoding (sometimes poorly prior to adjustments) In my case when I setup the DSD, I can see in the signal level bar that it is getting signal into it. but I get no decoding. Has anyone here tried to decode DMR, I have watched...
Thank you. I will go find it. Watched the video and saw where you opened it. I just checked a DMR repeater I built back a few years ago, nulled the carrier a wee bit. Got it, will learn this one first. I saw all of the DIY screens on the SDRangel page. Now I am trying to look at the DMR spectrum (full modulation not the carrier nul)
I went to add a demodulator but I cannot find the add channel icon. I looked at the SDRangel site but they say nothing about adding it. Also what about upgrading to rev 7 of SDRangel?
Cemaxecuter I got it fixed. It was the burn on the jump drive. The MD5 checked ok on the iso, but the burn to the jump drive was bad, regardless I downloaded the ISO again and burned again, this time SUCCESS. Great piece of work. I already aligned the TX on a DMR repeater, SDRangle did the trick. Now to learn all of the other tools that are new to me.
