Sorry for confusion. I mean 3D visualisation application in Gwyddion. What i want to do : lets say there are 3 samples that has 3 slightly different height. (ex. 10nm / 12nm / 15nm) i would like to set these three data in 15nm z scale in 3D visualisation.

Im using Gwyddion 2.62 ver. i have many samples and need to compare the height in 3D image. So i would like to unify all the z scale, and i goes to : data process -> basic operations -> scale and unit And after that, i check the 3d image, and only the scale letter has been changed but the height data is same. how can i change the height data?
