TightVNC
+500 currently there is only option to disable clipboard in a viewer settings, but you cannot disable clipboard on server or service side even with file transfer disabled - you can stil copy EVERY file you want using clipboard please add a chekmark in settings or something this feature is long time avaliable in realvnc server
