Planning Trac data for the project

I am a Software Engineer interested in technologies and game development. This project is my introduction to game engine development during a 1-year Master's Degree in Videogames, it is my first effort, and the proposal i wanted to achive is hard to understand and very, very novice. Although the intention is to go on as a homebrew project, im in need of advices/resources/workspace to make a better planning and go on with the development. Hope that it could be useful for anyone.
