Dear all, my question concerns the units of the calculated parameters. For a great number of derived paramerters I didn't find these units (manual, publications,...). In the attachmend is a word table with the missed units. It would be very helpful if the table could be completed. Thanks Kurt

Dear Volker, I have calculated nearly 40 parameters with one single elevation data set and all results were correct. Only the drainage basins indicate these emty stripes. What do you think with !parallelization"? Thank you Kurt

Dear all, Please have a view on the attachment. The picture on the left indicates the elevation model with the whole area. The problem is on the right. The drainage basins image is not complete (empty stripes). I have used the following calculation procedure "Terrain analysis>Channels>Channel Network and Drainage basis". Do you have an idea what the reason is? Other parameters have been calulated correct and complete. (SAGA Verision 9.2.0) Many thanks in advance. Kurt

Dear all, thanks for your effort. The main problem is not the 3D image, the problem is to merge outline shape and grid into one grid. Merge and intersect are not possible. In the moment I can indicate both only in different images. Thanks und greetings Kurt

Thank you Volker, yes these steps are clear, but the introduction of the polygon shape (field borders) is my question (see attachment). Furthermore the height values are not correct (really between 400 and 500 m). Thanks Kurt

Dear all, My intention is to produce a 3D image of the elevation values in combination with a polygon shape which indicates the borders of agricultural fields. Question: How can I combine a grid (elevation data) with a polygon shape (borders)? Thanks (Version 9.3) Kurt

Thank you for the fast answer. The coordinate system is the same, but the spelling is different. In my Shapes produced in ArcGIS are 8 digits (starting with 32 the UTM zone) and in SAGA-grids I have 6 digits (without the UTM zone). In both spelling the last 6 digits are, as far I can see, similar. Kurt
