The immediate problem is configure: WARNING: Cannot find SWIG. Python module cannot be built. You don't have SWIG installed, so the Python module can't be built. I am also pretty sure that Loris is not yet Python 3 compatible. You'll need to use 2.7. Let me know if this works. But nothing will work until you install SWIG.
