I just discovered something. I had started using my sons Beats headphones as they are very rich and amazing sounding but the battery just died so I switched back to my studio headphones and now the Mono volume is the same as the Stereo volume and now when in stereo I get the guitar in one ear and vocals in the other as expected. Sorry about that guys, I didn't even think about the headphones. Live and learn! To anyone else out there, don't use Beats headphones. Probably an impedence and design purpose...

Yes - Direct Monitor switched off and I only hear myself through Jamulus as I can hear my voice and guitar but is delayed (as expected). Using Direct Monitor it's all real-time otherwise. I do have the Air feature enabled but tried it disabled but doesn't change the behaviour. Guitar into change 1 (instrument) and condenser mic into channel 2 (48v power on). Gain is set to clip and then backed off a bit so at max without clipping. The input meter in Jamulus shows guitar level in the left meter and...
Just tried it again and it didn't work. The firewall already had the Jamulus rules in there (exact same rules as I have so I didn't bother disabling the f/w). This is an older audio interface and I suspect it is a driver issue. One thing I did notice is a constart sort of tapping noise on my end when he is connected to the server. I think it may be his sound trying to come through but is so buffered it comes in extremely chopped and only for a split second then cuts out and repeats. The rate is like...
It doesn't sound like it's the same issue as the sound drops 90-95% when I don't use the Stereo setting. I just got my drummer working and he doesn't have the same problem when I switch between Mono and Stereo etc but it does affect how I hear him. Same problem, mono is super quiet and Stereo is perfectly loud for how I hear him. He did say when I switch to Stereo for him the volume is the same except he hears me in one earphone and himself in the other which sounds like what you would expect. I...
