I finally found a reproduceable bug that stops me from alt-tabbing to other applications: Install ACDSee Photo Studio Ultimate 2025 Trial https://www.acdsee.com/en/products/photo-studio-ultimate/thank-you/ Start ACDSee Photo Studio and see you have a "Sign In" modal Try and alt-tab to another process I usually find myself trapped, and unable to switch to any other applications. I recklessly disabled alttab, reverting to standard Windows 10 alt-tab behaviour, and discovered that this inability to switch windows also happens there. So whatever the problem is, it's not related to your program. Please feel free to close this ticket.
