    Thanks for your answering, Mr.Dugan. I think I was wrong, the 0 frequency the form showed because I set the spectrum 1e-10. The thing I tryna do is harmonic analysis with DC component and other harmonic base on frequency = 60 . After reading your response, I think about the OpenDSS can't solve 0 Hz but can use 0.01Hz to simulate 0Hz, why not I don't set the basefrequency = 0.01Hz and set spectrum*60/0.01 to simulate feature harmonic in 60Hz system. After I try it, the result of system is almost showed...
