Launch4j Executable Wrapper
To make this issue more self-contained, I'll describe my use case. I was interested in using Launch4J so that I could make things like groovy.exe for Groovy for use on WIndows. Groovy needs an argument supplied like "--conf %GROOVY_HOME%\conf\groovy-starter.conf" as part of the commandline.
