I added GATE and ECHO under the Digipeat tab for aliases. But on my KISS-over-TCP port that I use for my HF side, neither box will stay checked. And I am not sure what to check to get a packet heard on HF to GATE to VHF.
I have been asked to enable GATE and ECHO on my HF/VHF IGate. I do not see these in the Alias list. How would I go about doing this? Will it matter that I have given my different ports different SSIDs?
Disregard. Waited a couple hours and tried again and it went OK. A couple slowdowns where I though it might stall out again, but it finally completely downloaded.
Trying to update to 118. Have tried multiple times and have never been able to get more than 15% download before things stop. When they stop, I am unable to cancel or close the download pop-up and have to open Task Manager and close Java to shut down YAAC.
And here are two beacons: 1:Fm KD0SFY-2 To APJYC1 <UI C="" Pid="F0" Len="59"> [13:32:57T] @203257h3853.25N/10447.54W&/A=6398 ÛColorado Springs IGate 1:Fm KD0SFY-2 To APJYC1 <UI C="" Pid="F0" Len="58"> [13:33:57T] @203357h3853.25N/10447.54W&/A=6398 colorado Springs IGate
Here is the xml.
Here is a typical transmit log. The HF beacon is from KD0SFY-2 and does not appear to contain the strange character, but it does get added somehow.
Using a SignaLink and UZ7HO's SoundModem. I have only seen it happen with the C. I have seen it constantly since you added the multiple beacon option. I should correct that I do see it on the default beacon IF I use a soundcard instead of a TNC, so maybe it is a soundcard issue.
