Same problem on raspberry pi B+ (32 bits). It looks like a problem of large file support problem (32bits integer for size variable = 2GB maximum). But this is a known problem of 32 bits programs and can be solved using long int or another solutions, I am not an expert. I don't understand why it's not solved yet.
