Yeah, I had those two lines at the beginning. setlocal enableelayedexpansion chcp 65001 > nul Maybe that's what caused the problem.

I don't think I've changed anything in the system. I checked (ran) this cmd file on two systems: Windows 11 Eng and Windows Server 2016. The result is the same everywhere. maybe the command "chcp 65001" in the CMD file has an effect
