I was looking on the internet and i found the solution. Yo have to download the powertools from the sourceforge.net. When you do regularly updates, there is never a powertools upate. You have to do that as said by downloading the deb file from sourceforge.net and install it. Now my version is updated. Problem solved.

I have the same problem. I have a paid version and I still see version 11.24.04. On a test computer i have a free version. And there I see version 11.26.03.1. I regularly update, and still no change in version on powertools.
