Actually, I was mistaken. The problem with 4.0.2 is ECLSA itself, contrib/ECLSAv2/ion-open-source/ltp/ec/eclsa/extensions/HSLTP/hsltpProtocolAdapter_UP_ION_LTP.c:24:10: fatal error: bpP.h: No such file or directory 24 | #include "bpP.h" | ^~~~~~~ compilation terminated. I placed header file next to it and it compiled successfully. Couldn't do the same for 4.1.1.
