This may come very, very late, but due to the fact that there is no good comicreader with comicrack support out there, I modified MComix so that the support is now given! See my repository here https://github.com/WisdomCode/MComixRack There is however the trade-off that in this state, the bookmarking feature is basically replaced by the bookmarks given from the ComicRack metadata, so no manual adding is possible.
