Thank you very much for the help and assistance, I found a way to fix it. Basically all I had to do was change the install as to sfx/efx on peace equalizer instead and everything was fine, thanks for your support again.

After doing this solution it still doesn't work, the pre amplifier doesn't turn my mic up, any more solutions? I have the samson g track pro

after doing the method you gave me which is trying every install as option it didn't work, but I have noticed one thing, everytine I put it on sfx/efx and go back to the install options it automatically gets back on sfx/mfx when I close the app and press yes when it tells me "Equalizer APO has not been installed to the selected device. Do you want to run the configurator application to fix the problem?" I don't know if the information I gave you is redundant or not but I'm trying to give as much...

After using the method you gave me when I adjust the equalizer's gain it doesn't turn up on my mic, I did the following steps such as putting my mic on sfx/efx and checking my mic, it still doesn't turn up. any solutions?

Everytime I try to open up Configuration editor it automatically closes out, ive been trying to fix it for a while now and still couldn't find a solution, what can I do? Ive tried administrative rights also.
