The "New Outlook" client does not support Outlook Classic (as Microsoft is starting to call the Outlook we all know as Outlook) plugins and is not going to. The New Outlook supports web-enabled Add-Ins (not the same as classic COM Add-ins). If you wish to continue using CalDavSyncronizer or any traditional Outlook plugin, you will need to go back to the original Outlook 2013/2016/2019/2021 (perpetual license versions) or Outlook 365 (subscription version). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/one-outlook...
