    Hey Julia Our study is a lot easier in this regard since we have a within-subject design. So, we can just compare the conditions with each other or correlate the EDA variance of the conditions with a behavioral variable from the condition. In your case, I guess you probably need a zero baseline (you measured it in the chair, I guess) per person you can compare your condition of interest to so you can subtract the zero baseline from the baseline of the condition.     Hi there We have exactly the same "problem". Our experiment consists of several 5mins conditions where participants get exposed to different types of music. We now compare the conditions or regress it against an added variable we measured. As such, we don't have an event-related stimulus as well. As suggested by Mathias here, it makes sense to us to use the average tonic activity for the entire conditions and to compare them statistically. @ Julia: did you also do it like that?
