Hello, I currently able to sync 40 window server to to ITOP from OCS inventory. However, my linux nodes will not sync over. I feel like "No mapping found with key: 'Company_name_192.168.1.168', 'managementip_id' will be set to zero" is the root cause and I'm not sure how to fix this. I also noticed my linux node information can be found in the csv files. For example, I see a red hat entry in ocsng-data-collector//data/OCSOSFamilyCollector-1.csv. Hello, I have a fresh install of OCS Inventory and a fresh install of ITOP. I currently have OCS monitoring one Windows server with the OCS agent and ITOP has nothing in inventory. When I run the data collection tool, I notice it makes a few synchro data source objects in itop, however it tries to create a PC object and fails as shown in the attached file. Does anyone have a Aruba IAP scraper? The aruba scraper that built into netdb does not work with the IAP platform. Show Arp and show ap association commands in the aruba scraper do work but the other 2 do not.
