Hello, On ANTs' GitHub page. There is an image that showcases DiReCT on different species. (http://i.imgur.com/Dfrifgg.png). My question is that: is the mean cortical thickness measurement of each brain shown on the image the average of the species or just the average of the individual brain? Thank you.
