Trouble with detection step

Hello, I am trying to track an individual bumblebee which I placed in a 9cm petri dish, filmed from above. While I manage to calculate the averaged background, it won´t recognize the bumblebee in the detection step. I have tried increasing the max size and I also tried a wide range of Threshold numbers but I cannot get it to work. Does anyone have an idea why that is? Thanks in advance.
