can not get hamlib on msn 20h2 to work.. i have installed and deleted lib 3.0 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 at 64bit machine installed lastest prolific driver.. the drive chip check works.. see the chip pl2303 RA type..but rigctl -l does not work .. there is no PATH installed when you run hamlib.exe install.. if you manually put in PATH to it then rigctl -l shows the list.. rigctl -m 214 -r com3 says NO CONNECTIONS. on win10pro 20h2, and also not working on win10pro 1909 for some reason.. works only on win7 versions....
