Group ICA fMRI Toolbox
Dear GIFT experts, I tried using the Mancovan toolbox but unfortunately I get an error in the very first step: Create Design Matrix. After I select the ICA Parameter file and the output directory, the following error appears in MATLAB's command window: Error using icatb_setup_mancovan_design (line 70) Cannot do stats for one subject Does anyone know why? Thanks a lot!

Group ICA fMRI Toolbox
Dear all, I am using joint ICA to identify components on 2 sMRI datasets. I need to calculate the total variance explained by my components or the variance explained by each component. Could someone let me know how to do this? Thank you so much!
