What little research I have been able to do, reveals that I am much more likely to connect to a Windows or Linux server than a server running on Mac OS. Will try to find a public server to practice on. Thanks for the feedback. Regards, Jim P.

I am able to connect to other servers. I have tried to connect to my teacher's server several times, when it is visible, but I continue to receive the same error. Could you explain why my teacher's server is only visible when I start the Jamulus client using in Terminal, using the "showallservers" parameter? Regards, Jim P.

Hi, Wishing to use Jamulus to learn guitar. My music teacher has a Jamulus server running on his Apple Macbook Pro from his home. He has some students that are able to connect to his Jamulus server without any problem (not sure what their client machines are running or what type of network they are using). I have Jamulus client installed on my Macbook Pro, at my home. When I launch Jamulus and attempt to find my teacher's server, it does not appear.
