Setup fufural oxidation in aqueous alkali base, using NRTL/VLE thermo i can get the flowsheet to solve using a conversion reactor, but in the end i'm attempting to generate alkali furoate solids. I switched to SVLE and checked handle solids to force alkali furoate to solids form. When I do that, I'm getting a parsing error in the reactor:" RXT-03: Input string was not in a correct format. (Number.Parsing.cs, 1781)". Any insight you can offer as to what might be hanging me up on this?

working to simulate azeotrope column, keep getting error 'Error in column: index outside bounds of the array'. So, went back to try and reproduce the 'extractive distillation' sample sim (MeOH/Acetone separation). It's a complex operation with a low pressure column and high pressure column with recycle, same error. I simplified further to just the low pressure column, same error. I've tried to duplicate all the components, thermo pkg, and flash settings as in the example. Must be an input I'm failing...

Setup conversion reactor; furoic acid salt + CO2 + carbonate driving to di-carboxylic acid. There are some other components from other steps in process in solution but not participating in the reaction (notably furfural). When the sim converges, "Carbox Feed" shows 2.6 mol/h furfural in feed but it grows to 13.65 mol/hr in the "Carboxylate" product even though it doesn't participate in the reaction. Desired product Cs FDCA shows zero although the cesium 2-furoate feed was clearly converted/consumed....

trying to print flowsheet, not seeing a header menu option or right-click menu option to route to printer. Running MacOS DWSIM v7.2.0. Tried copy/paste to another app but image is dithered and not presentation quality. Is there an option where we can print natively within DWSIM i'm overlooking? Thx
