iTop HUP upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.1.3 error
After two hours of playing I understood how it was meant, it's SELECT directly on the Email action in the TO section. Now it works.
Thanks for reply. I have question what type of trigger you are using? I used trigger on object creation and class UserRequest. So when UserRequest is created (email, portal etc...) then this trigger is activated and send email to caller-id with info about new ticket was created. Next trigger is for on object update and class UserRequest so when I change agent or another change on ticket, then send email with this. And etc.

So, I tried another mail server (https://www.gfi.com/products-and-solutions/email-and-messaging-solutions/kerioconnect ) with same result.
We are using https://www.icewarp.cz/ on-prem version. Before upgrade all works propertly. Trouble is only with notice. Maybe it's related to change in iTOP notice module which add language support. We have many user requests every day from many email servers and in iTOP we see user requests without errors. As I wrote I tried use PHPMail and SMTP with same results. I'll can try send email over another SMTP server, it's good point for investigate mail server trouble.

It seems that trouble is in Swiftmailer now email headers is composed with: Content-Type: text/html Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit But old emails has headers: Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Is possible swich Swiftmailer to old setting?

Hi, After upgrade to 3.1 we have trouble with encoding in email notification. We are using Czech language and after upgrade notifications has bad encoding. We compared emails before and after upgrade and seems that trouble is in email header. Before ugrade email was : Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Now it's: Content-Type: text/html Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Can we fix it somewhere in itop sources? Hi, Yes as you wrote: open UserRequest in the admin details screen. Funny is that I use popup window (that is view on ticket number) on UserRequest and click to Modify, it's open quick. So I opened Helpdesk Overview, then click to New and then I click to UserRquest number for detail and this operation is slow. I was run devtools and it seems that trouble is in ScrollMagic.min.js on this "wait" 15s. I have record in JSON from browser devtoool if you need. Jaroslav
After upgrade to 3.1. Every ticket open run for 16s :( Others items run quick. We have more 6000 tickets in Resolved status and more 150 tickets Assigned. I think that it's related to Performance Issue Causing PHP Crashes Due to Memory Limit Exceeded, because I had 128MB for memory limit (PHP) and I must increase it to 512MB. Pierre wrote that I can use N°6716 fix for our situation. Can you help me how N°6716 fix I can aplly. Sorry I'm not coder and need help with it. Thanks Jaroslav
OK, I will open new topic, but we have more then 6000 tickets in Resolved state. And trouble are only with direct open ticket, for example when I need Assign ticket.

Trouble when upgrade IPAM module 2.7.0 to 3.0.1 in iTOP 3.0.1.
Hi, I have similar trouble, when I try ugrade extension from 2.7 to 3.0. But I have db_subname with right value. In my case db_subname=itop_ So it seems, that upgrade ignore this value from my config. Can I fix it? I tried upgrade from iTop.Hub and manualy too.

Hi, CRON have still trouble. Sometime run, sometime no. It seems that trouble is in mm:59s because 2021-06-15 00:02:59 is next run, but last run is 2021-06-12 00:04:26 . Can somebody repair it? Jaroslav
Vašek is right. I have set CRON to every minute. The next run is with hh: mm: 59, so it seems that my cron is faster than 59 and NotiffyOnExpiration cannot start.
