Hello, I tried the steam reforming of heptane and hexane and got the simulation converged. However, the results are not looked correct to me. There should not that much amount of CH4 in the product since there are still a lot of steam in the stream. I added methane steam reforming reaction but it still the same. Cold you please let me know what's wrong with the simulation? Thank you!

Hi Frank, I tried to connect a heat exchange in an outlet of a reactor as attached. It will not calculate the exchanger (nothing happened when click Solve) when I connect stream 9 to the Mix 1 (and disconnect the stream 11) but it will do the normal calculation when I disconnect the stream 9 from the mixer. Please help. Thank you!

Hi Frank, I have another problem. When I added a conversion reactor, it did not calculate it and no reactions and conversion data in the Results. I believe I set the reactions correct in the settings. Attached is the model. Thank you very much!

Hi Frank, I added recycle block but it doesn't converge. I even changed the recycle ratio to 99.9:0.01 but it still doesn't converge. Is there any adjustment I need to make to get it converged? Attached is the model. Thank you very much for your help！

Hi Frank, Thank you very much for your reply. I tried to open your file but it shows errors (see attached). Is it due to the version of DWSIM? I am using Version 5.8 update 11. I also tried to follow the steps you did but couldn't figure out how to turn off the Dynamic mode, please let me know how to do that. Thank you!

Hi Danial， I tried to simulate the methanation reaction but got convergence error. Could you please take a look at the model? I am using Version 5.8 update 11.

The element matrix was set up but still the same. The simulation with air flow rate 1155 kg/h was converged quickly but 1156 kg/h takes forever and got timeout error message. The file is attached. Than you!
