I came here to report the same problem, and found this ticket instead. I edited my profile to specify the TWAIN interface, however, and I still see no duplex option. There's a "Flip back sides of duplex pages" option, but no way to select duplex in order for it to matter. I'm running Windows 11 Enterprise. NAPS2 is v8.2.1.0. My device is a Brother MFC-J6540DW.
