I've found (an other forum help me) a solution. Beware: Rufus will detsroy ALL your USB hard drive ! Launch "Rufus portable" (you don't need to be administrator) Check "Show USB HDD" (then, you'll see your USB hard disk, and will be able to choose it). Boot type: "ISO". Then select the ".iso" file to use (clonezilla-live-2.6.4-10-amd64-debian.iso for example). Partition pattern: "GPT". Target OS: "UEFI (no CSM)". File system: "NTFS (Default)". Start Rufus (all your USB HDD will be detstroyed !!)....

I'va made an other test. Quite simple ! A start my PC. On PC boot menu, I see : . my hard disk, . my USB 4TB disk (I see 2 rows"WD element" and "UEFI OS WD element") (My USB disk is a Western Digital). I stop my PC with Start/Stop button. If I boot an other time, at PC boot, I only see ONE row: "WD element". The row "UEFI OS WD element" has disappeard ! My BIOS seems to have a queer option. But which ?
