Retina support for wxSmith
Signing requirements for OSX builds...
I don't think it is related. #289 is ancient and likely is not longer applicable. No idea really. When #289 was relevant, the wxsmith panels displayed, just in "low res/non-retina" so they looked horible. Now, they don't even display. Just a black screen.

They seem to all be .so files. wxSmith has some dyLibs, but they are then considered...
The only way I was able to do that was to remove -module from all the Makefile.am...
With the std::hex seems to work OK.
