    Thanks for taking a closer look @maartenbrock , and thanks for the discussion @spth! I wrote the code myself. I only used AI to help check the patch before submitting it for review to see if I had missed anything. I didn't use AI during the implementation. I think I rushed the implementation and didn't spend enough time understanding the DS390 hardware architecture, which led me to overlook how inefficient the generated code could be. I'll take a closer look and work on improving the implementation....
