It appears that KrakenRF is no longer including passive radar software in their raspberry pi images due to legal reasons. Read Thomas Johnson's comment at the bottom of this article https://spectrum.ieee.org/passive-radar-with-sdr If you go to KrakenRF's github, they updated their release 4 days ago not including the passive radar software.
